Arashi to End Activities After 2026 Concerts
Arashi, the five-member male idol group formed by Johnny & Associates Inc., has announced plans to conclude its activities through a concert tour scheduled for the upcoming spring.
After a hiatus since late 2020, the members of 岚 released a heartfelt video on their official fan club website, acknowledging the significant time that has passed since they last performed together.
In this video, Satoshi Ono, the 44-year-old leader, shared the group’s decision to gather once more for a farewell concert.

He emphasized their desire to express gratitude to their fans, something that was hindered during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This final tour will mark the end of both their musical journey as a group and the operations of their official fan club, which will cease in May 2026.
The members are Ono, Masaki Aiba (42), Jun Matsumoto (41), Kazunari Ninomiya (41), and Sho Sakurai (43).
Debuting in 1999, Arashi rapidly gained immense popularity, leading to a record of twelve consecutive performances at the prestigious “NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen,” starting in 2009.

Their ability to engage with a diverse audience is reflected in each member’s success in various individual projects, including TV dramas, commercials, and variety shows.
Upon celebrating their 20th anniversary in 2019, the group informed fans of their decision to take a break at the end of 2020.
