The Canmake Secret Beauty Base tube is quite small that approximately weighs 0.035 oz and disappointingly enough this is the only size available for the luscious beauty base cream. 

The tube is white in color with rose and gold colored designs all over which is quite cute due to its miniature style thus this makes Canmake Secret Beauty Base cream portable and travel-friendly.

The cream base tube has a cap that must be spun to open and close. Once the cap is opened, the tube has a minuscule opening hole from which the cream base will be emitted when squeezed.

You might wonder that a cosmetic product like Canmake Secret Beauty Base which acts as a base cream consists only of talcum, mica, and a few other components that are unheard of.

Consistency – The consistency of the Canmake Secret Beauty Base is very light and creamy. It doesn’t drip off or stick firmly to the skin rather it has a smooth base that can be evenly applied to the skin. The texture can be compared to a liquid foundation but is more firm.

How Long It Lasts – Canmake Secret Beauty Base doesn’t last all day. However, if applied with foundation, it tends to last a little longer, give or take 5-6 hours. If necessary you can reapply this base seamlessly to grant minimal coverage.

The Canmake Secret Beauty Base definitely lives up to its name. When applying this base nobody’s ever gonna know what makes you look naturally beautiful until you tell them.

This was my experience when I initially applied this cream because everybody thought I was wearing minimal makeup to conceal my flaws. 

This product is quite efficient on lighter skin tones that have a few blemishes and pigmentation.

I was able to cover my acne scars and hyperpigmentation patches with the Canmake Secret Beauty Base. My skin had a flawless and brightened appearance soon after application. 

Due to its airy texture, the base applied seamlessly to my skin and didn’t feel heavy like makeup. In fact, it made my skin smooth after application and granted it a natural dewy glow that enhanced my facial features. 

What I personally love about Canmake Secret Beauty Base is its formula that’s developed based on skincare ingredients.

It comprises humectants, collagen, and sun protection which make it a product that can be applied any time of the day, even as a night cream.

Canmake Secret Beauty Base doesn’t cause dryness or patches on your skin surface and doesn’t melt off in high temperatures like concealer and most BB creams.

It’s also free from mineral oil, fragrances, and tar-based components that are detrimental to the skin. 

The product’s miniature design makes it a pocketable good that can come in handy for sudden outings. Overall, the Canmake Secret Beauty Base is the cream that’s ideal for the iconic no-makeup natural look.

Is Canmake Secret Beauty Base Worth It?

The Canmake Secret Beauty Base comes only in one shade which is called Clear Natural. The net weight of the product is barely even a gram and it costs $9.99 on Amazon. 

For a tiny base cream, it does sound costly to have a price of almost $10. However, based on the cream’s performance and coverage quality, I’d say that Canmake Secret Beauty Base is hands down worth $10.

This is because just a few drops of the cream are adequate to apply all over your face and grant coverage of dark spots and pigmentation.  

It brightens your skin complexion and smoothens the skin making you look all-natural and elegant. In addition, it’s also safe on the skin and retains hydration thus you’re unlikely to experience any irritation and itchiness. 

However, the product doesn’t last very long like make-up products. Therefore, it’s best to use foundation before application to prolong the performance of this base cream.

I honestly love Canmake Secret Beauty Base but I must admit that it does have its boons and drawbacks. Here are the pros and cons of Canmake Secret Beauty Base I noticed.

Cons Canmake Secret Beauty Base

• The tube is too tiny and only consists of a dainty bit of cream.
• Doesn’t grant maximum coverage of flaws like concealers.
• Doesn’t last too long and hence requires reapplication.
• Might not be too effective as a makeup base.
• Only comes in one shade hence doesn’t suit all skin tones.
• Contains talc which can clog pores in the long run.

How To Use Canmake Secret Beauty Base?

To use Canmake Secret Beauty Base as a base for makeup follow the steps below.

Step 1 – Wash your face with a gentle cleanser to remove impurities.
